The committee’s expenses relate to services of lawyers, expenses relating to travel and stay of Members of the Court, witnesses and, at times committee members if need be, at the hearings, related court expenses and incidentals. The committee’s financial duties are discharged by a Sub-Committee of three members. Dr. Saeed Gohari, LA lawyer is Director of the Sub-Committee. It’s other Members are Dr. Iraj Tabibzadeh and Dr. Iraj Lalezari. The finance committee's records of all receipts and expenses are reviewed each year (in October) by a California-based Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Firm. The CPA report is then submitted to the Sub-Committee. The Committee is a tax-exempt organization in the United States of America and Files it's statements of receipts and expenses each year with the US federal authorities . it's tax-exempt No.31361.
